Smith&Smith is New Zealand's leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company, serving more motorists than any other glass repairer. Smith&Smith wanted to evolve the way it was operating so that they could better meet the needs of their key accounts. Datacom implemented an end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, including finance, supply chain, sales and customer service business applications. This single platform enabled Smith&Smith to manage the different but connected parts of their business in one place.
Mission Providence was formed in 2014 as a joint venture between Mission Australia and the Providence Service Corporation. Together it works with government, employers, partners and job seekers to provide tailored employment services. The new venture has people in more than 60 locations across Australia.
The creation of the Mission Providence joint venture created challenges that needed to be solved rapidly. Furthermore, the venture needed an IT platform that would comply with Information Security Registered Assessors Program (iRAP) requirements.
